Our Return Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for all items purchased from GreenNestSE. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can return your item within this period for a full refund or an exchange.
Please note that we only accept returns on plants and planters in their original condition and packaging. For items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way, we may not be able to process a return.
Eligibility for Return
To ensure your return is processed smoothly, the following conditions apply:
- Plants: Plants should be in their original condition, undamaged, and unused. If the plant was delivered in poor condition due to shipping issues, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
- Planters & Decor: Planters and other non-plant items must be returned in unused, undamaged condition, and in their original packaging.
- Shipping Charges: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item or damaged goods. For returns on non-defective items, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
How to Return Your Item
Returning your item to us is easy! Simply follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Please reach out to us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate your return. Include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Return Instructions: Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us. We will also inform you of the return shipping costs, if applicable.
- Pack the Item Securely: Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during the return shipping process. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the item arrives safely.
- Refund or Exchange: After we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. For exchanges, we will ship your new item as soon as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your plant or planter arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We take great care in packing our products, but we understand that sometimes things can happen during shipping.
- Contact Us Immediately: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing [email protected]. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and, if possible, photos of the damaged item.
- Resolution: We will either issue a full refund or send you a replacement at no additional cost. We may request that you return the damaged item, but we will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for returns, including:
- Final Sale Items: Products marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Used or Altered Plants: Plants that have been used or altered are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we’re happy to accommodate that! Simply let us know the item you would like to exchange for, and we will arrange for the replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking to ensure the safe return of your item. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.
